1. Basic Shipment Information

Shipping Carriers All packages are shipped using our trusted network of carriers, which includes:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • Standard Delivery

We utilize the top postal and courier services in the USA and the rest of the world to ensure your order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: All orders received after 1:00 PM (Local Time) will be processed on the following business day.

  • In-Stock Items: The typical shipping period for items currently in stock is 3–7 business days from the time we receive and process your order. Please note that this timeframe is dependent on our shipping service providers adhering to their scheduled delivery dates.

  • Delivery Delays: Delivery times may be longer during holiday seasons, periods of high workload, or due to unforeseen logistical issues faced by our carriers.

  • Special Orders/Made-to-Order Items: Delivery times can change depending on the ordered goods. Special orders or orders for items that need to be manufactured or custom-made can take a longer time; the estimated delivery time for these items will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 

2. Unclaimed Shipment / Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout and to arrange for the receipt of the package upon delivery.

Unclaimed Shipments

  • If a shipment is returned to us as "unclaimed" (e.g., failed delivery attempts, package not picked up from the post office/depot), the customer will be assessed a fee to offset our original shipping and handling costs.

  • This fee will be based on your initial shipment charge, inclusive of any applicable TAX.

Reshipment Policy (Incorrect Address or Unclaimed)

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it was unclaimed, and you request that the package be sent again, a fresh shipping price will be imposed for the re-shipment.

  • For Free Shipping Orders: In the event that the original order qualified for free shipping, the new shipping charge for the re-shipment will be calculated based on the weight and/or volume of the shipment.
