Refund policy

At Buy It Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below to ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the return process must be initiated (request submitted) within this timeframe.

 

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Condition - Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items cannot be returned 
    • Software, Digital Licenses, or Downloadable Products (once delivered/opened).

    • Special Order or "Final Sale" items.

    • Consumables (e.g., thermal paste, ink cartridges) if opened.

    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

 

3. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be charged for returns.

Note: This fee applies to the total cost of the product being returned to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging costs.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items - Buy It Solutions will provide a Prepaid Return Shipping Label at no cost to customer.

  • Customer Remorse (Ordered wrong part/Changed mind) - The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: You may use your own carrier, or we can provide a label and deduct the cost from your final refund.

 

5. How to Start a Return (Authorization Process)

Returns must be authorized before you ship them back.

  • To start a return, contact us at sales@buyitsolutions.com.

  • Approval & Instructions - If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 241-40 86th Rd, Jamaica, NY 11426, United States.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval - If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Timeline - Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.

  • Late Refunds - If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@buyitsolutions.com.
