TECHNICAL DETAILS FOR RETURNS
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
When dealing with any damaged or malfunctioning products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, you must first contact the manufacturer, who may be able to assess the issue and provide a solution without the need for a return. If a return is required, you must include the manufacturer’s call reference number, a test report, and/or an accurate customer description. Please email returns@buyitsolutions.com for guidance in each situation.
- A complete description of the fault is necessary; a fault description of “it does not work,” “faulty,” or “DOA” is insufficient.
- A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed unless the items are returned in their original packaging, with all of the accessories, manuals, and documentation included (being a percentage of the value of the goods). Please note that this amount could be raised if necessary to reflect our loss more accurately.
- If returned items are confirmed to be in perfect condition, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply (being a percentage of the value of the goods). Please note that this amount may be raised to reflect a fair evaluation of our loss. The restocking fee percentage will be confirmed to you after receipt of your returned goods and will be based on a numeral of factors, including the amount of labor required and the state of the packing and contents.
- The costs of returning the goods by delivery are your responsibility.
Returned items will be examined and tested by us. Once the problem has been identified, we will work with the manufacturer to make a free repair or replacement once the problem has been confirmed. Whether a repair or replacement is offered is entirely up to our discretion.
Buy IT Solutions Inc. may reject returned items not in their original condition. If we accept such goods, we reserve the right to impose the restocking/handling fee described above or, in some situations, a price higher than that, depending on the state where the returned goods are received.
On a label on the exterior covering, the RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number should be legible. Please be advised that only hardware and software issues are warranted.
WRONG ITEM DELIVERED
Suppose you receive goods that don’t match your order. In that case, you must notify our returns department within 24 hours by emailing returns@buyitsolutions.com, calling one of the given phone lines, and then sending a written notification through email through the contact us page or your designated account manager. To address the issue as quickly as possible, we need to know within 24 hours of receipt if the given items do not match the delivery note due to either too many or too few or the supplied goods being inaccurate.
